Mentor Modules is an independent resource offering practical mentoring lessons for school leaders. This page explains who we are and how our content is made.
Our story
Mentor Modules began from a hard truth seen again and again: talented teachers promoted into leadership, then left to sink or swim without a mentor. The leaders who thrived almost always had someone guiding them. We set out to capture that guidance in modules any leader could reach, whether or not they had a mentor down the hall.
Our mission
Our mission is to give every new school leader access to the kind of practical mentoring that makes the difference — clear lessons on coaching, instruction and culture, available to anyone.
Editorial standards
- Practical. Ideas leaders can use in a real school.
- Grounded. Drawn from real leadership and mentoring experience.
- Respectful. We write with leaders, never down to them.
How our content is reviewed
Each module is grounded in real practice, checked for clarity, and refined based on what actually helps leaders grow. Have a suggestion? Tell us.
